First let me say that i love Joely and think she is beautiful, she did a good job with the material she was given as Katherine Parr. The one thing that has always rubbed me the wrong way is that because the show refused to age characters appropriately, that she ends up looking older than almost every man she is in a relationship with, even Henry who is supposed to be jogging to death. 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

yes i agree and I thought Joely was my favourite portrayal of the six queens as she was the most authentic and true to what I imagine the real kate parr would have been like. Its a shame that she did appear older than henry and her late husbands as this was not the case, however she was not young like Jane seymour and katherine howard were when she married henry but she was younger than him. 1  out of 27 found this valuable. Do you?
