All time favorite moments

Which moments are your favorite ones during the seasons? There are so many but for me I would have to say*When Wyatt comes to Annes execution-so sad and moving *Wolsey commits suicide, love how they link the theatric scene "wolsey is going to hell" with his suicide *When prince Edward shows Henry the portrait of Jane and the thimble *When Wyatt and Smeaton looks across the room (right before everything is falling apart) saying something like " there´s´something going on, I just don´t know what" and also the scene where Wyatt leans against the wall when he is about to be arrested. *Jane Seymours funeral with the beautiful theme played * The flashback in the final scene where Henry´s life is passing by There are many more.. Which ones are yours? Do you find this valuable?

There's so many, but some of the ones I can think of are:- Henry seeing Mary on the roof top of Hatfield when he was visiting the baby Elizabeth and acknowleding Mary even though he wasn't mean to. - Catherine of Aragon hallucinating and believing that Mary had come to visit her. - Henry watching Jane Seymour washing her hair - like watching a Timotei advert! - Thomas Cromwell complaining about the fees for the Executioner from Calais. - Francis Bryan and Thomas Seymour fail to find Cardinal Pole in of all places a Brothel - but then decide it wasn't a wasted journey after all! - Anne Boleyn and Henry in the forest (I'm surprised my telly didn't explode!). - Culpepper gradually revealing his feelings for katherine Howard. - Gregory visiting Thomas Cromwell in the lead up to his downfall. The two intermingling scenes of Anne preparing for execution and Jane preparing for her marriage.Anne's execution. Henry eating the swan pie - when I saw that I thought that they were going to make him a lot fatter in the next series. Mary being told by Anne of Cleves that Phillip had been sent away then walking down the corridor struggling not to cry. Elizabeth telling Mary she would never marry. The three ghosts. Henry trying to cure Charles. Do you find this valuable? |

"There are indeed so many marvellous moments it is difficult to whittle them down.LOL yeah what about Katherine Howard and Culpepper in the privy? I'm surprised Culpper didn't explode as well as my telly LOL! :) I forgot to mention the final episode will his wives bringing good tidings, all that was missing was Jacob Marley. :) And the flashback on his life was good. The episode about Anne's execution was poignant too, particulalrly the flashbacks of her as a child. Do you find this valuable? |

"The two intermingling scenes of Anne preparing for execution and Jane preparing for her marriage.Yeah I agree after he wolfed down that massive pie with the bird stuck to it, I would have thought he would have at least gone up a couple of waist bands! And he didn't even share it with anyone! :) Do you find this valuable? |

I can't truly pick just a small handful of moments but rather to say that the entire series I loved it though there were moments that I wish I had never seen but the series was beautiful but in short two moments that stood out for me,The first time we saw JRM as Henry, and the last time as he turns to leave the chapel after viewing Holbein's painting, there was certain look and sparkle in his eyes. And he didn't even share it with anyone! :)LOL!!! That was supposed to be symbolic of Henry devouring Anne. It was very effective. I agree with all of the scenes mentioned. I also liked it when Cromwell shot the arrow right in the bullseye!! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Oh yes of course the bird had a long neck! You are tooo funny!! I don't think it is the long neck but rather Anne's grace and elegance the swan is supposed to be a symbol of. Do you find this valuable? |

I also liked the bit when Henry was saying to Edward Seymour how Brandon never took advantage of an enemy which was obviously a dig at him. Perhaps I just imagined it but Seymour looked at him for a moment like 'yeah, right'.

"You are tooo funny!!LOL! :) It's a shame that his table manners didn't show the as much polish (well, apart from polishing off the pie as fast as possible)! :) I think they should have got Jane Seymour to jump out of it as an added twist. The girl was small enough. :) Do you find this valuable? |

I thought it was funny when the Fool walked in in Cromwell's room to wake him up. I mean, what a liberty! There was poor Thomas, having a nice dream about Mary Boleyn, then in comes the Fool "Wakey Wakey!!"! Henry got the girls, but Cromwell got The Fool! :)

From Season 2, Episode 4. The showdown between Anne Boleyn and Mary. Natalie Dormer opens with a patronizing 'Lady Mary' and offers to reconcile her with the king if Mary will recognize Anne as queen. Sarah Bolger refuses to make eye contact until she icily replies that she recognizes no queen but her mother but that she would be grateful if the king's mistress would intercede on her behalf. Anne/Natalie dismissing Mary with her eyes and a slight twitch of her head.Just a perfect scene. Sarah Bolger's first great moment in the series. Do you find this valuable? |

She was very naive. *Henry and Anne's tryst in the field after riding away from the castle. *Anne's ascension to the throne *When Henry bids Catherine Howard and Anne of Cleves good night and leaves them on the dais together, and Catherine asks for more wine! *The births of Elizabeth and Edward *Princess Mary's kiss with Philip of Bavaria, Sarah acted that wonderfully! The Catholic Princess feels the wonder of her first kiss! *The list goes on.... Do you find this valuable? |

The whole series was full lof great scenes, but for me, being purely selfish.. ANYTHING containing Charles Brandon/Henry Cavill and Henry Howard/ David O'Hara. They are both so gorgeous and so different! In particular, any scene where Brandon is asking yet another woman to go to bed with him...I mean,...who could say 'No'!.... Also, those raunchy scenes with Howard and his totally different 'tequnique' and ''approach' to women and just about everything else. Wow!! He's for me!!! I thought the scene between the two of them where Howard is writing his poem was very well done, showed both men's sensitive sides. I also particulary like the music throughout the seriies but especially that during Brandon's death scenes and the final reflectives scenes with Henry at the end of the final series, where he views the Holbein portrait and his life. Great pathos! and so sad.......All things must come to and end, good and bad and sadly also another great series.
