Just curious has anyone seen this it was a BBC miniseries done in 1972 and discusses the reign of King Henry VII & Queen Elizabeth of York. Just curious because what little I read and saw looked good. Do you find this valuable?

Yes, I remember seeing and enjoying it.

The production values weren't high, but it was well acted, especially by James Maxwell as Henry and Norma West as Elizabeth, both of whom looked remarkably like their portraits. It was rather more 'talky' and less dramatic than 'The Six Wives of Henry VIII', though. I still have the factual book which accompanied the series.

Cool and I don't remember a book being mentioned but it is good that one accompanied it and your opinion was very similar to the review given for very talky and a little too much dialogue but well acted!! Do you find this valuable?

Thanks for reminding me about it - I have just found a cheap copy on Amazon and ordered it. Do you find this valuable?
