"According to Geneologists, it is a proven fact that up to half of the UK population has blue blood. This is all due to illegitimate blood lines linked to the royal family. Kings of the past have had their fair share of mistresses - Charles II was fondly known as "the merry monarch". So, I do believe there is some small element of truth in some people's claims to the royal blood line.

"Anne is in our family on my mother's side but so are many, many other Brits. We're an old English, Scotch-Irish family from way back. It took me over a decade to discover them all. Some people will add them into the family just on a word. I wont. I have to see the line before I put it down in the family records. Anne comes in from the Dandridge-Lee family in our case. The Dandridge is Martha Dandridge Washington who was married to George Washington and the Lee's are from Shropshire, England, (General Robert E. Lee). But it's all aunts, uncles, cousins for me.
