Now we have seen it, what moments stand out to you while watching the wedding of Prince William and his Kate?

For me, one of the most wonderful parts was watching the two brothers, William and Harry and their smiles.

OK this might sound silly, but I really enjoyed watching Mr Middleton get into the car with his daughter, and manouver her train around so he wouldn't sit on it. It was her last moment as a girl with one of her parents. Father/daughter relationships are very emotional to me and i just loved their ride together to the Abbey. i wonder what they talked about. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

yes and he stayed by her side through the vows. I noticed he wiped his brow a few times...I am sure he was pretty nervous but he was by her side to give her support.

I think one of my favourite momen'ts was when William and Kate got into their horse drawn carriage when they came out of Westminster Abbey after the service. She whispered to him are you happy and he said.yes. They must have been so relieved that it had all gone through without a hitch. The whole day was marvellous to watch. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

It seemed to go off without a hitch ( except for one runaway horse lol). The cameras above also gave us such a great view both in the Abbey and on their route back to Buckingham Palace.

Another moment which brought a lump to this expat's throat was when "Jerusalem" was being sung and the cameras panned the crowds outside and so many were singing the words and waving their union jacks..

For me it was Seeing Kate with her father, being someone who isn't married yet and the roughly the same age as William & Kate I look forward to the day when my father get's to play that role because I am a bit of daddy's girl, William & Harry as Kate was walking down the aisle seeing Harry turn around look at her and smile. The way William looked at her when she met him at the altar, they way they were both beeming with joy as the walked out of the abbey and lastly, the double kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Mine was Wills telling Kate she looked beautiful at the altar, loved Harry turning round then saying something to William, the couple at the entrance of Westminster Abbey, the carriage, the bacony kisses, the aston martin, Kate and her father, and Prince Charles holding Camilla's grandaughter on the balcony.

I also loved Simon Schama's views on the BBC with the historical facts.

The number 1 thing that still stands out to me, now a week after the wedding, is Kate's dress. I love that dress. I want that dress. ;) Also, I loved it when Harry turned, saw Kate, and turned back to his brother and said, along the lines, "Wait till you see her". Annnd just seeing Harry with the little kids in the carriage, I was DYING. I just love me some Harry, and fashion. Do you find this valuable?

Yes that dress Kate wore was beautiful and she had just the right sort of figure to show it off with that tiny waist. Do you find this valuable?

If you read about the making of the dress ( there are several articles about it if you google it) it is also AMAZING what level of craftsmanship went into it. Carol, did you know some of it was made by the needleworkers at Hampton Court? It must have taken months to create, as it is all hand made.

Now, a question on the slightly critical side: Does anyone think Catherine looked too thin?

Hi Hever.rRose I did not find out that some of the dress was made at Hampton Court Palace until after the wedding. They certainly can keep a secret round there lol!.

The day after the wedding there were pictures of Kate in a shorter skirt and I did then notice that her lebs looked very thin. Her mother is very slim as well and her sister, so I should think that they are a petite family..

I loved Kate's walk down the aisle with her dad. She was so graceful & poised.
@ HeverRose: I don't think Kate looked too thin; the dress was very flattering to her figure, IMO.

What moments stood out? Dang there are freakin too many to list for me. I do recall that I almost cried when Kate was walking down the aisle. I don't know why, there was either an overhead shot looking down at her and her dad or a shot of the entire church and I just teared up a little.
Stand out moments for me:
-when she got into the car and people were tripping over the glimpse of the top of her dress
-when she got out of the car and all those bells were ringing nonstop
-William chatting up people at the church when he arrived
-Harry's uniform
-Kate's dress
-Pippa's dress
