it was great... i was crying.however, i was disappointed that reflections weren't made on anne of cleves (even though she wasnt dead) and catherine howard... i wish that all of his wives (minus the current parr) had a part in his death scene. Do you find this valuable? |

I thought it was very, very good. The ghosts scene were done well, loved the smirk on Anne B.'s face as she turned to "go". I know I have been critical of the series sometimes, but all in all it was great. Sorry to see it end. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Loved CoA and Anne and the smirk from Anne, Did NOT like what Jane said to henry about Edward. DID NOT LIKE in any way shape or form how they did the death of Brandon. ESPECIALLY where Henry was 'healing' Charles...I LOVE love Richardson but as Parr I was greatly dissapointed, maybe, I had her too high on a pedestal...maybe it was me....maybe she was better than I think she was but to me she seemed vewry dull and without much spirit at all...I do not mean to offend anyone here so PLEASe do not get mad...LOVED the white horses...Wish they had Anne of Cleves scene. Liked Mary and Elizabeth's response to their father. Loved the "warrant for the queen" I loved the very end I am glad they did not show henry die...All and all it was a good episode....LOVE it but hate to see it end

There were so many awesome scenes as well as the ghosts scenes. For example, Charles Brandon's death (I cried like a baby), and then the scenes with Katherine, Anne, and Jane (especially Jane's, "You killed him!" That was amazing!) and then also the dream with the young him and the person on horseback.

Catherine was like.. Mary should be married by now..Anne said I am very proud of Elizabeth and Henry said he was too, then Henry said why did you do the things you did to me? Then Anne said i was innocent the charges were false i thought you knew? Then Henry said I see you in Elizabeth.. and then Anne smirked and was gone.. and Henry was like Anne! Jane said you killed Edward.. just like your father forced you on the throne.. Do you find this valuable? |

"someone please describe what they said to Henry!!!"Katherine asked Henry about Mary and told him that she should have been married a long time ago and then she told him that in God's eyes, she was still his wife. Anne also asked about her child, and then proclaimed her innocence, and she told him Katherine Howard was lying cold under the ground next to her, that they were both moths drawn to the flame. Jane told Henry that Edward dies young and that it was his fault, because he sheltered him too much. I'm probably missing a lot but I hope this helps!! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Absolutely perfect ending. At least as far as the ghosts were concerned--which is all I can think about, really.Jane's scene... I really think that they pulled the Edward thing to give her something to gripe about. When in fact, there was--not much. Catherine of Aragon--I love the way that Maria gives fire to CofA. Most actresses portraying her give us this drab, devoted wife. Here we see someone who can stick up for herself, for her daughter. Anne Boleyn--Favorite moment of the episode. Her confrontation with Henry was just that: a confrontation. A true one. She went after him. She told him directly, "I was innocent." But the funny thing is--although this is a ghost, and likely a part of Henry's own mind... The "I thought you knew" line gives us a bit of insight into Anne. And her smirk! That is exactly what I wanted to see! By far, for me, the best of the ghost scenes, and possibly my favorite moment in season 4. What killed me was that "Anne, please, don't--" I don't know about real life, but on the show... I think that Anne was the love of his life. In killing her, he lost his ability to truly love. And this second killed me because of that. Plus, let's look here. This is all Henry's subconscious, probably. If so--he is admitting to himself, finally, that Catherine was his true wife... And Anne was innocent. Wow. I loved it. 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Absolutely perfect ending. At least as far as the ghosts were concerned--which is all I can think about, really. When I think about it, Jane had plenty to gripe about. She probably thought Henry was a great guy and everything was Anne's fault. Then she married him, he threatened her with execution -- which might have clued her in that perhaps Anne had been innocent -- and he ransacked the monasteries even without that heretic Anne at his side. Jane had been duped, and if she had a brain in her head...and I believe she did... she knew it. She could have gone after him for those things, rather than Edward. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. I only got to see the 2nd half of the ep so I saw Jane and Anne; I liked Jane's more because she really let Henry have it in a way she wasn't allowed in life. Annabelle did a magnificent job and really seemed to be devestated in the knowledge that her son wouldn't live much longer.

What did Jane actually say and how did she appear to him? And was Edward still that cute little Irish boy or was he played by someone a bit older? And how did Mary and Elizabeth interact with their mothers, or did they not?So many questions :-) Do you find this valuable? |
