the block awaits the kings pleasure
for the block is part of the kings treasure
its sits in the tower and waits each night
for the next to grace it in sorrow and fright
for there is no king or queen upon a throne
who has no need for what the block can hone
for henry sits but not too well
and waits upon a block to tell
who shall live and who shall die
the axmen is the king.... on high
