French people have the sense of irony
I think it is the same in others countries like the UK or the USA with others names though, but in France each day of the year honours a saint. Mary died the seventeeth of november. And in France, the seventeeth of nomvember is the day of... Saint Elizabeth. Funny, isn't it?

I wonder if someone would explain. In the Tudors series I felt sorry for Princess Mary, it showed her to be sweet, proud, and I know very religious. It also showed lovely scenes between her and the young Elizabeth. Was she sweet girl in the beginning and turned into being a very nasty queen or was the series not exact in showing her being a loving sister. I know when she came to the throne she almost executed Elizabeth or at least held her in the tower for so long. What changed in her?

Picture of the wives and children of Henry viii
Also love this picture!! It's lovely how you have added the tudors pictures aswel as the real life portraits, it very rare you see a portrait of king henry's wives and there childrens together, i've seen all the real life portrait before but never together, as when they are together i feel i can imagine Catherine of Aragon with Mary more than seeing the portrait seperately!!!
