God, please don't let the producers age Edward Seymour!
I have been looking at the behind scenes pictures for season 4, and I was suprised to find that they had aged Henry and Brandon considerably. I really hope they don't do the same for Edward Seymour. He is too cute! I know he was in real life, but in the series, is Edward Seymour supposed to be younger than Brandon?

Edward Seymour 1st Duke of Somereset
Edward Seymour, 1st Duke of Somerset, 1st Earl of Hertford, 1st Viscount Beauchamp of Hache,[1] KG, Earl Marshal (c. 1506 – 22 January 1552) was Lord Protector of England in the period between the death of Henry VIII in 1547 and his own indictment in 1549.Edward was the eldest brother of Jane Seymour, who would become Henry VIII's third queen consort. When Jane married the King in 1536, Seymour was created Viscount Beauchamp on 5 June, and on 15 October 1537 Earl of Hertford. He became Warden of the Scottish Marches and continued in favour after his sister's death in 1537. Their brother, Thomas, also gained power through their sister's advancement and married Henry VIII's sixth wife, Dowager Queen Catherine Parr, shortly after the death of the King. Seymour's nephew became Edward VI on the death of Henry VIII.Somerset's takeover of power was smooth and efficient. The imperial ambassador, van der Delft, reported that he "governs everything absolutely", with Paget operating as his secretary, though he predicted trouble from John Dudley, Viscount Lisle, who had recently been raised to Earl of Warwick in the share-out of honours.[18] In fact, in the early weeks of his Protectorate, Somerset was challenged only by the Chancellor, Thomas Wriothesley, whom the Earldom of Southampton had evidently failed to buy off, and by his own brother.[19] Wriothesley, a religious conservative, objected to Somerset’s assumption of monarchical power over the Council. He then found himself abruptly dismissed from the chancellorship on charges of selling off some of his offices to delegates.[20]

Anne Stanhope, you are finally a classy broad.
I was absolutely touched when she gave that pouch of gunpowder to Anne Askew. That scene starkly contrasted with the previous scenes with the musicians. She risked a lot giving the gunpowder to Askew, especially with Risley standing there. I wonder why she has evolved to this degree. On that note, Edward Seymour has seemed to have mellowed out a bit as well. Of course, he was still full of hatred towards Surrey.

This Account of Edward Seymour's Execution.
I was just reading Henry Machyn's account of the execution of Edward Seymour, and I think I'm missing something. He says this:
‘there was a sudden rumbling a little before he died, as if it had been guns shooting and great horses coming, so that a thousand fell to the ground for fear, for they who were at one side thought no other but that one was killing another, so that they fell down to the ground, one upon another with their halberds, some fell into the ditch of the Tower and other places, and a hundred into the Tower ditch, and some ran away for fear.’
Was there some sort of thunder storm that terrified everyone? What caused the big kerfuffle?

Did Anne Stanhope have a baby bump in 4.4?
Did anyone else see it? Sorry, I was busy writing a paper when I watched the episode last night; so I am not sure.

Favorite Scene: Henry and Prince Edward
I adored the scene between Prince Edward and his father. When Prince Edward pulled out his mother's thimble I almost cried. I had never really missed Jane Seymour until this episode.
