What was Culpeppers court title
I know he was just a mere groom to the King but would he have still been referred to as "My Lord" or was it just "Master" "Mr" or "Sir"?
Since I have taken on his person I hope I was considered a higher status than a peasant in court. hehe

Church titles
Where would a Bishop or Archbishop be placed in the Tudor heirarchy? They were obviously important people, involved in many issues of the country. Would they be placed on par with Earls or below them, or what? Or would their place be next only to the King's?
