Tudor TATTOO ideas

 | A stylized version of a portrait of Katherine c.1503. I chose to use Katherine's Spanish name rather than her name given when she married Arthur Tudor. The "halo" behind her head was intended to be a Spanish sun. After getting questioned about it being the Virgin Mary while it was just an outline, I decided colouring the sun yellows and oranges would only increase it's resemblance of the Holy Mother. At the bottom and continuing up both sides are Tudor roses. I plan on getting their daughter Mary on the other side of this forearm. Anne Boleyn and Elizabeth will be on the other forearm, then the rest of the wives with Henry and Edward VI in the middle on my shoulder blades. I will also be getting "Semper Eadem", Elizabeth's motto, behind my right ear. |

  | GoldenAgedER This would be on my right wrist. The rose is on the underside. Tudor Rose surrounded by triquetra's (they leaf out around the rose); there is more red in the Tudor rose because I directly descend from the House of Beaufort/Lancaster which uses the Lancastrian Red Rose. |

I'm very determined to get an Anne Boleyn tattoo. I either want "And thus I take my leave of this world" or "And thus I take my leave of this world and of you" or the famous "B" pearl drop necklace. Usually I'd discuss this with my friends but they aren't aware or obsessed enough with Anne Boleyn to realllly give me a good opinion of it. If I told them the quote they wouldn't really understand but people, such as yourselves, with Tudor knowledge under your belt could give me a better opinion. Pllllllease tell me what you think about this. If you think its stupid, tell me its stupid. If you have a better idea, tell me your better idea. But I am pretty determined to get the tattoo I just want feedback, and any feedback is good feedback. Thank you!!!

George Boleyns REAL signiture, "BOLEYN" with a quill. And I would like to point out that my love for the tudors is not because of this show.. i hate this show lol they need to get some serious facts right!
