Jane Bergin, the costume designer was asked : "Has it been quite a dynamic process working with the actors?" "Oh yes, very much so. I think the person who gave me the greatest enjoyment, apart from the King, was Anne Boleyn (Natalie Dormer). You needed to understand what she was about to become was so amazing that you didn’t come out with all guns blazing, that you had to leave her fairly simple, fairly coy and attractive but not ‘wow’. Not the Anne Boleyn she became, so you had somewhere to go."

Season Two Part One

Fantasy Scene - Where Brereton imagines he kills Anne But in reality - Anne is demanding to know where Henry is going	Comments/ Reviews Wow... What the hell?! The colour of the main dress is nice but everything else is horrible. The amethyst on the choker I love but the choker in itself is horrible and looks like it's strangling her a bit. This may not be Anne's best of looks either. The cape is elizabethan without question. The worst thing is that it's slightly transparent over her breasts! Grace_B Oh dear God, it's so tempting to just swear on here! Everytime I see this I want to puke. Everything about this is hideous. If the real Anne was alive today and she saw this she'd probably be in tears, seriously. The colour is nice, but it's innacurate for the period and the fabric looks like something a Barbie doll would wear. The high collar looks dreadful as does the low 'neckline' and you can see her breasts through the lace. If any Tudor lady was seen wearing this she'd probably be thrown out of court. I don't like the coat either, I like the colour, but again, it's innacurate for the period, the style is too modern and it clashes with the colour of the dress. -KatherinetheQueen Like:Jacket, hair, colour Hate: style, choker, fabric, "boobage" TheOtherTudorGirl5 It's very Edwardian and gothic. Not only that is is very see through and no offense to Natalie Dormer but she doesn't have the sort of boobs to pull this off. Very tacky material and the colours clash together because of their vibrancy. And i don't buy the excuse that it acceptable because its a dream. The first part with Henry wasn't a dream! latristessadurera The neckline is way too high for her and the colours don't go fo me though. Her hair needs to be tied back. Lady History. I love the coat, if it was sold in our day i would buy it. But it looks wrong on her. I also hate how high the collar is, it doesnt show any of her neck at all. The lace is a bit too much. And the fabric of the skirt looks a bit too modern. The colours together are beautiful though. amore_angel Okay, obviously you will be hard pressed to find anything like this in the 16th century, but gotta admit this is a fabulous and unique creation! - Boudica When I saw this dress I thought "where can I find one like that"??? It's gorgeous!!! Like the colour and fabric of the dress. Not too keen on the high collar. Hate it with the yellow coat, it would have been so much better on its own. Only problem is you can see her boobs through the lace :S mary_bess_edward It may be because of the scene that this gown was in (so upsetting!) but I really don't like it much at all. Natalie/Anne still looks beautiful but I don't think that she is shown in her best light here. I also don't like the fact that it is so historically inaccurate - I know other dresses i the show are but this one is just bordering on silliness. Sorry but that is just my opinion. - QueenAnneBoleyn Well, it was a dream was it not? In dreams, how dorky this may sound.. anything is possible. -GoldenAged.ER yddib This is my least favourite gown. I hated the colours and it reminded me of a sort of Gothic Vampire. I felt it made Anne look rather brassy. 3 words "WHAT THE HECK!" Not only is it historically inaccurate but it's downright ugly! -Anne'sCurls Quite weird costume: all that transparency on her breast, the line of the dress in general... the overcoat looks a bit Victorian, too. But I like it. -LadyLorhen Good lord.I do not like this dress. This is the only episode I actually missed! Tear* But I think it was a clever idea just not a dress I would personally ever wear and i doubt anyone from this time would have either. -A_Tudor_Lady Her hair looks a little wild and crazy here but I love the dress. ~Dakkietudor The outfit is very unique for a queen like Anne. It's a clever little outfit for Anne, but I must say that it's not queen-like for someone like her. -Tudorgirl I really didn't like the coat - it looks too much like a modern-day trench coat. The dress didn't bother me because Brereton was dreaming of killing a woman he considered evil and/or a *****; so of course (in his mind) she'd be depraved and arrogant enough to boldly flaunt her breasts in a sheer bodice. I think the dress reflects the image Brereton has of Anne: Seductive and somehow evil, like a witch. I don`t think Anne would have worn something like that in the real world. -Queen1536- What the hell is this?! This is supposed to be a Tudor Gown??? I can see her breast! Very inappropriate. No Tudor lady would wear this. Charlie-Beth-Hayden I may be wrong here but I didn't think this dress was sued in a dream. I know that Brereton was thinking and imagining what it would be liked if he just walked up to her and killed her but instead he just bowed as did everyone else. The actual scene did happen just not the part where Anne/Natalie was stabbed. Please tell me if I am wrong. - QueenAnneBoleyn Lovely dress. So sexy! She wears it very good annabolena I think that a better dress could have been designed for the scene. MademoiselleBoleyn Beautifull creation but it looks awfull with her jewellery and has no place on the show! amethyst_pisces She looks like an Elizabethain hooker in this dress. Like the color but hate the dress. The coat looks far too modern, the dress is also too modern but I like the colour. - TheFreeSpirit-X Looks very regal but to see through around the bossom area katzklawz04 My hands down least favorite dress of Anne's. Booklvr44 Eurgh that dress is just horrid. Does not suit her at all & the see through panel is just too much! No, no, no! The dress could have been sort-of-pretty but the fact that you can see her breasts makes it look extremely unfit for a Queen. LouiseTudor Lady_Amber Oh God what is this? Henry bestows the noble title of Marquess on Anne Boleyn	Amazing! I adore this one. The necklace is amazing, I love it! And the dress itself is fantastic. Not only is it tudor period, but perfect for the occasion of Anne becoming a Marquess. I love it, Natalie as Anne looks stunning. Grace_B Stunning dress and Natalie looks amazing. The only problem is the sleeves. If they were Tudor bell sleeves, this would be a perfect gown. The colour is gorgeous and the detail is lovely. Her hair would have looked so much nicer if it was just left loose. -KatherinetheQueen What's not to like? If it weren't for my red hair, I could wear this dress. haha Natalie looks fabulous. The dress is to die for! TheOtherTudorGirl5 The material is extremeIy lush and the colour is beautiful with the gold patterns. It really suits her. latristessadurera I think this would look so much better if it wasn't such a heavy material. Especially with the fur robe. amore_angel I always loved this dress, but again, I've always thought that the woman that played Anne Boleyn looked incredible in red. - carteremily Incredible, i loooove red, this dress is wonderful.-Jes89 I love this dress. Natalie looks fabulous in red. Looks every inch the queen she is- AB-Fan07 This dress is absolutely stunning! Anne/Natalie looks so regal and gorgeous in it she just makes me gasp in awe. Anne/Natalie really looks her best in this and the fabrics and jewels look amazing too! - QueenAnneBoleyn This is one of my favorites. I love the color and the jewels used. It just looks amazing on her. True royalty. -GoldenAged.ER A bit heavy but I love the embroidery on it. mary_bess_edward yddib This is Anne's colour! Her eyes and skin seem to glow. It fits her well. I always thought that crushed velvet looked far too modern but this does work! Lady History. This is one of my favourites by far. So stunning! Makes her look every inch a beautiful Queen. I love the square neckline and the way it hangs so elegantly. The colour is perfect for her. I love this dress, one of Anne's best.-LadyLorhen This is on my top 5 favorite dresses of the series. First off, I love the color red, especially this rich shade of red. Second, I think that the red in contrast to Natalie's hair is amazing. I want it a lot - Lil_Angel0999 Anne/ Natalie looks amazing in red! This dress was perfect for the scene and is also my favourite out of all of annes gowns. Anne definitely is a natural queen! Look at the way she holds herself! -A_Tudor_Lady I have based my wedding dress on the neckline cut of this one, how beautiful is this dress? This is pretty but nothing too spectacular. The necklace iand earrings are just stunningly beautiful! -Queen1536- If you alter the sleeves to Tudor bell sleeves, this would make a very good replica gown. It is very beautiful and nicely detailed. You just need to fix the sleeves and Anne would most definitely wear it! Charlie-Beth-Hayden The BEST DRESS EVER!!! I totally love it! I remember when i saw that chapter I was so envious!!! Natalie looks GREAT and I totally love it Annabolena This dress is gorgeous! Perfect for the scene that it is used in although since it is so great they should have used it more, but at least they used it! Anne looks very regal. MademoiselleBoleyn I love this dress! It looks so Beautiful on her. Love the trim of the neck line. All it's missing is eromine bell sleave.RAF One word; magnificent. She looks so amazing in this, and this dress really does say "I'm the future queen". The colour, the fabric, the gold trim and her jewelry, it's all amazing. Anne dances for Francis I in Calais	I agree with KatherinetheQueen that this is a dress from the Ancient Greek times. The only thing I like about this is the masks which is gorgeous. But the rest of it is purely awful and I hate it! Grace_B No Tudor woman would have worn this. This is from Ancient Greek times. The mask is fabulous, but the feather thing she's wearing on her head looks ridiculous without the mask. -KatherinetheQueen You would never see anyone in this. I do not like. The mask is gorgeous, though! TheOtherTudorGirl5 Wow this really shows how small her boobs are. The twisted braid effect is gorgeous but other than that this dress doesn't do much for me. She looks like a show girl in Las Vegas with those feathers. latristessadurera This would be better in Clash of the Titans or something. It is beautiful but the braid that crosses the dress makes her look like she has unnaturally small breasts which is very unflattering. I think its a bit too light and flowy for her. I adore the mask though, but that doesn't say much about her face. amore_angel This is easily my favorite outfit of Anne, although it has a modern look to it at the same time, It's very "ancient" in its appearance, reminiscent of the Greek style of clothing. - carteremily I love how youthful Anne/Natalie looks in this. I agree that it looks quite modern but in this instance I really don't think that matters. The mask is just exquisite as well. Gorgeous! - QueenAnneBoleyn Cute. I love the mask. -GoldenAged.ER This is definitely all about seduction. Natalie Dormer has the ability to look regal in one instant and overtly sexy in the next. It is she who was able to carry it off, look how she holds her shoulders while offering her hand. - karenofbethany I'm not a fan of the dress, but the mask and head-dress is amazing! - offwitherhead I agree with offwithherhead! The head-dress and mask are amazing and Anne/ Natalie carries it off so well! - A_Tudor_Lady I LOVE this mask, wish I could afford to own one like this! - AnneBoleynFan74 One of my Favorite scenes in Season 2. I Love the mask.-AB_Fan07 Umm, I didn't know this was supposed to be Ancient Greece. Anne would never wear this dress. Charlie-Beth-Hayden So Greek! Love it Annabolena I'm so in love with this dress, it's so pretty and flowy, the little braids across her chest are perfect and the sparkly detailing is amazing, but too modern for the time period. A fuller skirt and long sleeves would have made it work. I like her mask. - TheFreeSpirit-X It's pretty, but again, I highly doubt Henry would let Anne wear something like this...he'd probably have a coronary! Anne's coronation	Perfect! If only they were tudor bell sleeves though!!! But I adore this and looks fantastic. My favourite part is actually the pearls on the neckline, they're simple but fantastic and I adore them! Grace_B If you were to alter the sleeves to Tudor bell sleeves lined with ermine fur, this would be a perfect gown and Anne would have definately worn it to her coronation. This is one of the best gowns in the whole series. -KatherinetheQueen In my top five, definitely! I love how Henry matches. My favourite maternity gown. The jewellry works so finely. LOVE IT! TheOtherTudorGirl5 An extravogent dress, the material is lush and the mixture of gold and white works well and in the right amount to stop it looking tacky. The pearls add class and elegance. I love that Henry is wearing a similar outfit, its like his and hers! This should have been her wedding dress. latristessadurera I love the gold part of the skirt, it manages not to look tacky. The white/silver/cream fabric of the skirt is lovely and I like the way it looks in the second picture. The golden embroidery everywhere is amazing and the pearls really make the gown, and her little waistband is adorable. I also like both her headpiece in the first picture and in the last two pictures, her jewelry is also great. She looks every inch a queen in this gown. - TheFreeSpirit-X This material looks as though they ran out of money on the coronation outfits. The pearls hanging around the neckline look fake , but Anne's crown looks good. Lady History. I love the white/cream part of the dress but the gold part of the skirt looks too shiny and makes it look tacky. I like the pearls everywhere though and the golden embroidery is stunning. amore_angel I love this Dress. I love the way the pearls are added to it. The best Maternity dress I have seen. AB_Fan07 Too bad there is not maternity wear like this for our century, lol! ~heverhoney The fabric used on this gown was like 150 years old and was made of spun gold and silver. It's incredible. -TheLadyNatalie Breathtaking! The only word that can possibly describe the dress and how Natalie/Anne looks! So much better than Jane's wedding dress in Season 3 (she looked very matronly) - QueenAnneBoleyn I love this costume as well. This is another one that could be used as a wedding dress. I don't really like the pearls draped on the front though. Also, her ladies in waiting look amazing as well. -GoldenAged.ER Natalie looks washed out in white. The reds and purples are more becoming to her, but white was the color she was supposed to wear on this occasion. karenofbethanhy This dress is stunning!! I think the pearls were a bit over done, but I realize that they were very popular at the time. Natalie is beautiful in this costume. - offwithherhead Not bad for a "maternity costume", even if white isn't one of Natalie's colours.-LadyLorhen The dress is so wonderfully detailed even if the colour does make Anne/ Natalie look a little washed out! Perfect for the coronation! - A_Tudor_Lady This dress is lovely, but not one of my favorites. I think all the pearls make it look a bit too "costumey" -AnneBoleyn87 One of the best coronation gowns I've seen from interpretations. -automaticeyes This is so beautiful, I can't even begin to describe everything I love about this dress. I will say that I hardly ever see where white, silver, and gold actually work together. Too bad Elizabeth didn't have a coronation gown this beautiful-Anne'sCurls I'm right with Anne's Curls on this costume. It was so perfectly lush with the pearls, cloth of gold and fantastic embroidiery and rows of tiny buttons. Beautful. Antoinette2 I ABSOLUTELY adore Anne's coronation outfit. The white and gold dress with the pearls and her headdress and crown scream "LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!" -Tudorgirl My kudos to the costumers upon Anne's coronation gown. It isabsolutelybeautiful. I love how the pearls seem to clash with the white and the gown. It was simply made for Anne,hands down. - QueenEmy191989 Great great great..What more can I say?? BoleynGirl I love this gown. If you alter the sleeves to Tudor Bell sleeves made with ermine fur, this would be the exact gown Anne wore to her coronation. Its so elegant and regal, and not frumpy like a lot of the maternity gowns in this show. She looks very queenly. Anne before she miscarries - Episode 2.5	This is a lovely gown. I couldn't imagine Natalie wearing this without the baby bump though. This is the royal colour and she is rather proud. I wish there were some pearls around the neckline and tudor bell sleeves. This is one of the only dresses that get away with the metallic colour! My favourite metallic colour by far has to be purple or lilac! Grace_B Purple is one of her best colours and like TheOtherTudorGirl said, the purple shows her position. Again though, it should have bell sleeves and I the neckline should be adorned with jewels, or even just pearls would be lovely, then Anne would most definately wear it. -KatherinetheQueen One of my favourites. The colours are so lush and rich. The purple shows her position, which I like. TheOtherTudorGirl5 It is a bit boring but the purple is such a luscious colour that it gets away with being so plain. latristessadurera One of the best maternity gowns on the show. The colour is so beautiful - she really suits purple- and I really like the fabric, the little bit of detailing around the neckline really makes this gown complete, and her jewelry goes well with it. I would love to see how this gown looks with bell sleeves. - TheFreeSpirit-X I like the overcoat part but not the dress itself. A good colour on her. amore_angel If I was pregnant this is definitely a dress I would wear! - A_Tudor_Lady Natalie is so lovely in Purple and Crimson! -AnneBoleyn87 I like the top half but the bottom part just doesn't do it for me mary_bess_edward This looks like an appropriate maternity gown, though the sleeves should be belled. Charlie-Beth-Hayden Purple is the second color that I like for a dress and for Natalie Dormer. annabolena This dress is very regal, tis a shame it only got a small amount of viewing time! amethyst_pisces Every inch the queen. Anne in S02E09 wearing dress with no Jewels around neckline & Anne wearing dress in S02E05 with brooch on front	This is exquisite! Natalie really suits this. This is one of two gowns that she gets away with the blue, the other is the blue and silver one. I adore this and tudor bell sleeves would make this even better. However, this is one of my favourite gowns from the whole series actually! And I love the dragonfly tiara. I love the brooch in that photo. Grace_B The blue is amazing and definately an appropriate shade, but the sleeves are more fit for Elizabeth. If it were to have an underskirt, bell sleeves, a jewelled neckline and without the V-shaped bodice then it would be great for Anne. I would also have liked to see her wearing a French hood and her 'B' necklace with this. I don't like the jewellery or the tiaras either. The first tiara looks tacky. The second one is better though. I don't like her necklace on the fifth picture or the brooch she wears with it on the fourth. -KatherinetheQueen This is probably the one blue dress that she pulls off flawlessy. I love the colour! The top pictures looks better. The one without the decorated neckline makes her look fat. TheOtherTudorGirl5 I love the rich, vibrant colour of the blue and the dress fits her really well. It gets away with being plain because of the puffed out sleeves, the jewelled collar and the cute tiara, however, i agree with amore_angel that it does look a bit plastic. However, without the jeweled beading, it is rather boring andd she looks quite fat in the bottom photos. latristessadurera An amazing colour, the material looks slightly modern but I can let that go, I love the detailing around the neckline in the first two pictures. I also really like her necklace. And both the headpieces are growing on me. I like the sleeves but would also like to the how it would look without the puffy bits at the top and with bell sleeves instead. - TheFreeSpirit-X A wonderful colour for her. Ireally like the bodice detail and sleeves, but I wish the necklace was shorter or no necklace. Lady History. Its a nice colour on her but for some reason i'm not too keen on this. It looks so....fake! The material is too modern for my liking and the tiara looks like its made out of plastic. amore_angel I absolutely LOVE this costume -- the blue is just so amazing and I love the way it shines against the dim light of the candles. I also love the head-dress. It is so lovely and complements the costume very well. -Neta07 I believe this is my favourite dress of anne boleyn. Every part of it matches with every part of anne... her beautiful blue eyes are like the "crown" of this dress. i totally love it! she looks gorgeous in it! -ProphetCassandra Absolutely stunning. This dress was just made for Natalie, so beautiful. * coronation The colour suits her but i hate the sleeves and the tiara looks like a child's plastic princess tiara. mary_bess_edward I really love this dress. It is one of my favourites. The colour sets off Anne/Natalie's eyes perfectly and the hairstyle is stunning. The headdress is very pretty too. Stunning! - QueenAnneBoleyn This gown is amazing. Another favorite. It brings out her features. The crown is just exceptional as well. -GoldenAged. ER This one is among my favorites - the blue is so vivid, such a great contrast to the shadows surrounding her. Divine! - KingsRose yddib So pretty. I love this colour on her and the unusual head dress. It's very girlish and flirty. I love this dress, and the color is perfect for Natalie, but I really don't care for the head-piece....the stones are too large and draw your eyes away from her face. - offwithherhead I like the color and the diadem but the skirt makes me dislike this dress. When I see the scene I try just to look at the top and not the bottom-Anne'sCurls I love this dress. One of my Anne's favourite! Natalie's gorgeous in blue.-LadyLorhen Another Favorite of mine. The color is amazing and really compliments her eyes. The accessories they got to go with it simply make the whole outfit. - Lil_Angel0999 I love this dress but agree with Anne'sCurls about the bottom of the dress! It should have a fuller skirt than this! Anyway, love the head- piece and the colour really suits Anne/ Natalie! -A_Tudor_Lady I love love love this dress! The color is absolutely gorgeous and I love the sleeves. The head piece is to die for! -AnneBoleyn87 Definitely a dress for Anne, they should have made another in red! lol - AnneBoleynFan74 The color is magnificent on her -automaticeyes This is my absolutely favorite gown. The colour is so great and Anne looks so beautiful in this gown. I love the color and overall cut of the dress, but really don't care for the sleeves. The puffy part of the upper sleeve hangs down too low, and the fitted bottom part of the sleeve is too tight. I think the sleeves look like they'd be very uncomfortable to wear. I also don't like the headdress. I can't decide if it's because the stones look so big they look fake, or if it's the heavy gold setting around the stones. If the stones were put into a more delicate frame, I think they'd look a lot better. One of my top three. Hate the headpiece though. Too "loving hands at home" for me. Antoinette2 I love that color, it is my favorite shade of blue. But the sleeves look more like they belong on Elizabeth. I'm not too much of a fan of the tiara either, it looks too much like a costume tiara. Charlie-Beth-Hayden Love the Tiara. annabolena This gown is so beautiful and it looks amazing on Natalie. If she had worn her really pretty pearl headpiece with this, it would have been perfect. MademoiselleBoleyn Love the colour but hate the puffy sleeves katzklawz04 I love this dress. Anne dresses in yellow after Katherine's death and proclaims it's the beginning of a Golden Age. Episode 2.7	One of the best dresses throughout all 4 seasons. The headpiece reminds me of a fan though! But i adore her hair if you have a look on the hair and make up page. As yellow is the colour of happiness and celebrations in England in this period Anne would have so worn this when Katherine's death was confirmed. Grace_B This is one of the best costumes on the series and is definately something that Anne would have worn upon Katherine's death. I hate the headpiece though, it reminds me of a napkin, she should be wearing a French hood instead. I'm not a fan of the necklace either. -KatherinetheQueen I love this dress! The design on the bodice, bell sleeves, and middle of the skirt is so dainty and lovely. The hat looks like a napkin, though. TheOtherTudorGirl5 Natalie needs to stay away from pale, light colours, she really doesn't suit them. However, this dress is extremely pretty and flowing. I love the simple pattern on the bodice and the long sleeves, i the skirt is amazing when she spins in it. But i think this would have looked wonderful on Anita Briem who can wear yellow well. I hate the stupid head piece though. latristessadurera This really looks like something Anne would wear upon Katherine's death; the shade of yellow is perfect, I love the skirt and I absolutely adore the long bell sleeves. The pattern on the bodice that continues onto the side of the skirt and sleeves really completes it. Her hair looked amazing in this scene, the jewelry works but I wish she had a better headpiece. - TheFreeSpirit-X The umbrella looks rediculous and so does the headress. I hate the seam halfway up the sleeves, but the colour is nice. Lady History. The colour is amazing though not very Anne in my opinion. I love the long, loose sleeves though its very medieval. Looks fun to spin around in. amore_angel Not to crazy about the headress. but I do love the dress and the sleeves. Anne/Natalie looks so regal and at the same time so feminine and beautiful. It fits the mood of this scene very nicely too. - QueenAnneBoleyn The colour is amazing but doesn't suit Natalie. I like the fabric and the cut of the sleeves however, and i love how it moves. Hate the headpiece though, it looks like she has a napkin on her head. mary_bess_edward This gown I absolutely love. Everything! The head piece, her hair style, the make-up used, the jewels. It's another gown I could see Jane Seymour wearing. I can't say enough about this gown! -GoldenAged.ER I don't' like the cut of the gown, it squishes her top half and the fabric is too heavy. I would have preferred her in something lighter with a contrasting overdress/cape. - karenofbethany This dress is one of my favorites! I love the pattern on the bodice and the sleeves. Her jewellery here is minimal, and that is when I think Natalie looks her most beautiful. - offwithherhead Surely one of her best costumes ever. I love the line, the headdress too. It's perfect for the "Golden World".-Lady Lorhen This dresses is by far my favorite of all her dresses. I love the sleeves and the headdress. The whole outfit is just amazing. I want so badly. And I am one of the few who likes the headdress but that's the Star Wars costume love inside me. The best thing about her style here is definitely the hair. Man I wish I could do that.-Anne'sCurls I love this dress. Originally, I agreed with the criticism of the headdress looking like a napkin on her head, but it's grown on me. It fits the dress nicely. But I still hate that parasol. This looks just like what Anne would wear upon Katheryn's death. Though that thing on her head is hidious. She should be wearing a French Hood instead. Charlie-Beth-Hayden I like this dress, I just wish it had been a different color although I do think that the color was great for the scene. Anne - on her way to see her husband - 2.7	It looked so much better in season one. I wish it didn't look so dusty in this episode though. Grace_B It looks so unflattering compared to it from S1. The necklace is ugly, though. TheOtherTudorGirl5 Sort of plain, but I like the simplicity and the floral pattern, and also how the skirt splits. I actually like the sleeves but would like to see how they'd look belled. - TheFreeSpirit-X I love the cut of this dress and the pattern, but maybe it should have been a brighter colour for this scene where she is happy. Anne - at a feast for the French ambassador - Episode 2.6 Season Two Promo Shoot	Hoorah!!! Anne has a gown with tudor bell sleeves! This is the other of 2 blue dresses Anne gets away with. I love it and the blue and silver really compliment each other and go really well together! Grace_B Another favourite! This gown is perfect and looks fabulous on Natalie. The only complaint I have is the V-shaped bodice, again. That style didn't come till later. It would also have been nice to have seen the neckline adorned with pearls or diamonds, that would have been stunning and it would match with her coronet and jewellery perfectly. I love the contrast of the blue and silver. -KatherinetheQueen One of my absolute favourites. I kind of like the gold/red version better, though. TheOtherTudorGirl5 I love the silver and appreciate the blue lining of it, but i think they should have used the blue for the sleeves to give it some variation. The bodice is pretty but it would have been better with bigger pearls. latristessadurera Oh my goodness, I love this gown, one of the best in the entire show. The silver and blue together are amazing, the bodice is exquisite with the little pearls, I'm in love with the long sleeves, the skirt from what I can see is also great and the two jewels on the sides are gorgeous, I just wish there was a clearer picture of the entire gown. The jewelry works really well and her tiara is very regal. She looks like a true queen. - TheFreeSpirit-X This such a beautiful dress. The pearls on the bodice save it from being plain and I love the sleeves especially when they are turned back and show the blue. Jewelery suits the dress. Lady History. The silver is amazing on her i just wish they wouldn't have had the pearls on the bodice. I also think that for this particular dress the sleeves shouldn't have been so long, it shows in the bottom two pictures. I also don't like how it shows the blue lining so much. I like the tiara though. amore_angel This is gorgeous too. I love the diamond tiara, that's as regal as you can get !! - Jewels 68 Is it just me or does anyone else think the way they photo-shopped Natalie's neck to look so long and distorted in the promo shot just looks weird and freaky? All they had to do was take the actual shot and have Natalie tilt her head over more so her hair is not noticeable around her neck, and that would be enough emphasis. No need to make Natalie/Anne look like an alien.-Anne'sCurls'11 I really like this dress but I don't like the scenes it is in. But at least Natalie/Anne looks stunning in it so we can all see how mad Henry was for looking at other women when he already had such a beautiful wife. - QueenAnneBoleyn The whole shoot for Season two was all about her neck. They made it a point to present it that way as a foreshadow or what not of what was to come. I absolutely LOVE this outfit. I want the crown! The dress, another possible wedding gown. It's just magnificent! The beading on the front, the fabric used, the design. I also love the black cat in the corner of picture 1 of the promo shoot.. Another favorite. -GoldenAged.ER I love everything about this dress...the style, the color and the understated jewellery. It all works perfectly. - offwithherhead What else can be said about this dress that hasn't already been said? Everything about it is magnificent! The blue and silver combined is stunning. I also am really impressed with the two jewels on the side of her skirts. And the bodice is so beautiful and I love the crown. -Anne'sCurls'09 Again another favorite. The combination of the blues and silver is awesome. I also adore the crown. I want badly. - Lil_angel0999 This is my very close second favourite dress. "Brest feeding is for wet-nurses " - Episode 2.4	The only nice thing about this is white part of the sleeves but I wish they were on another dress because they don't go at all. The rest of it looks like a curtain or cushion. This reminds me of a dress that Elizabeth wore on set of Season 3. Grace_B The only thing I like about this is the white part of the sleeves, but they just clash with the dress. Everything about this just looks random. It's too heavy and looks like a curtain. The floral pattern is horrid and I don't like the snood either. I really don't like this at all. -KatherinetheQueen It looks like they just put curtain around her and sewed her into it. The snood is awful, and even though the gown is awful by itself it looks worse with a red collar. latristessadurera The only thing I like about this gown is the white part of the sleeves. I dislike the pattern, the colours don't work well together at all and it looks so heavy! Though, I can sort of see where they were coming from with this gown and why it's so huge, she had only recently had Elizabeth. - TheFreeSpirit-X There's no point in talking about it. When Henry presents Anne the Queen's Jewels - 2.2 After Elizabeth's Baptism-2.4	My favourite gown that Anne wore and one of my faves from the entire series! The colour and pattern really suits Nat as Anne but it is, annoyingly, Elizabethan! This would have been fantastic on an Elizabethan lady played by Natalie though. Grace_B I love the colour and the detail. It suits her perfectly. The style is Elizabethan, though, this isn't something that would have been worn during this period. -KatherinetheQueen I actually like it. Perfect for post-birth. TheOtherTudorGirl5 A pretty gown bar the puffed shouIders, the material and colour is lush with the delicate gold embroidery. But pink definetely does not suit Natalie and is not a very Anne colour. This would have worked well on Jane. latristessadurera I don't think the colour suits Anne that much but I like the golden embroidery and the fabric and I love her hair in the very last picture. - TheFreeSpirit-X I'm not a fan of this tacky pink and shiny fabric. The colour definately doesn't suit her. Lady History. I like the colour just not on her. It would be a great dress for Annabelle Wallis' Jane. The shoulders are a bit padded though. Anne - visiting the Princess Elizabeth - Episode 2.4	Yet again, from Elizabeth's reign. The only thing I like is the white neckline with the gold embroidery. The hood is alright too. I wish the gold on white was with a different dress because the rest of it spoils it, or perhaps even a dress with the white sleeves from a couple of dresses ago. The rest of it is ick and horrid though. Grace_B Another Elizabeth dress. The colour looks so unflattering and it does nothing for her figure. It does look better wtih the white silk part on the neckline though, but I still hate this dress. The only thing I like is the hood. It's nice to finally see a decent French hood, even though it isn't particularly accurate. -KatherinetheQueen Meh. I don't like it, although the earrings are lovely. I prefer the way it looks with the pictures below, with the hair down, no hood, and that little.... whatever it is. Don't like the white fabric underneath either. It seems a very Anne of Cleves dress to me. mary_bess_edward It is a bit "busy", but it all works. This is one I think Katherine would have also worn well. - offwithherhead It's weird I both like and dislike the dress. I think if her hair was down I wouldn't care for it. However like this it fits her. In fact, I pretty much love the entire outfit even though I'm not one for such average sleeves! However I like to see Natalie in fun dresses and this isn't a fun dress! 	I actually quite like this, but I agree with TheOtherTudorGirl5 that the necklace looks more like a headpiece. But the headpiece she's got on now may be simple but I adore it. Grace_b I like it, although the necklace is making me want to use it as a head decoration. This head decoration looks like a cheap necklace plopped on her head. The sleeves are REALLY poofy, too.... I LOVE the colour, though. TheOtherTudorGirl5 The peppermint colour is lovely and the dress is beautiful but it just doesnt look right on her. I can't quite put my finger on it.
