  | Comments: I love the gold and ruby chain with the black and gold. -AnneBoleyn87 This oufits has the lovely floral embroidery to match the collar and gold piping. Very nice! butterflyfunkychic I love the use of the black, red and gold, it makes the outfit visually richer and appear expensive. The ruby chain really sets this outfit off, though not sure about the ruffed collar. sixqueensofhenryviii |
 | This is a very nice red doublet it goes with the robe of state very well. butterflyfunkychic I like the red and black combined together but not too sure about the pattern. The robe is amazing and he looks very kingly, though the crown ruins it a little. It looks a bit cheap and plastic to me. sixqueensofhenryviii |
  | Nice pattern in the fabric and a warm coat to match, very wintery. butterflyfunkychic The cool colours of the outfit go well with the warmer colour of the brown fur cloak. I love the striped doublet. sixqueensofhenryviii |
 | Lose the hat and the outfit would look better. -wresltgal I like the hat, it doesn't go with this particular outfit very well. butterflyfunkychic I love the colour and pattern on the doublet, it's very rich in detail. I think the chain could have been more impressive and they should have taken some of the feathers off the hat. He looks like a pirate gone wrong. sixqueensofhenryviii |

 | I don't like the huge brooch or button at the neckline it is destracting. butterflyfunkychic To think he wore this for his marriage to Anne after he had been after her all these years is very dissapointing. I think it's his worse outfit of the season. The material looks awfully cheap and garish, and the colour is dull. There is no rich, eye catching detail and the broach on his collar is an eyesore. sixqueensofhenryviii |

  Anne's coronation 2.3 & JRM on set | Comments: An expected wedding outfit, nothing to write home about. butterflyfunkychic Actually this isn't his wedding outfit. It's his outfit for Anne's coronation. I think this would have been better suited for the wedding as it at least has some nice detailing on it. The gold and pearl chain is amazing and sets the outfit of nicely. I also like the golden shirt underneath it making a nice contrast of colours and showing how wealthy he is. sixqueensofhenryviii |

I like the embroidery on the doublet what gives it a bit of detail. The fur cloak is lovely and adds texture to the outfit. The jewelled chain also adds a bit of needed colour but is suitable considering he is mourning. sixqueensofhenryviii |
  Asking to serve Jane Seymour 2:8 | I love his outfits with Jane, he dresses in more vibrant colours and they dress to match. The yellow is very rich and vibrant without being too over the top. The simple chain makes it look more sophisticated and the simple black ruffed sleeves and collar helps tone it down. It's a lovely outfit. sixqueensofhenryviiii |
  Courting Jane 2:8 | Orange really doesn't do it for me but he manages to pull it off. A very vibrant shade but it is very simple and once again toned down with black cuffs and collars. The pastel colours of Jane go well together with the loud, vibrant colours Henry. I love the subtle pattern on the doublet too. sixqueensofhenryviii |
  Engagement to Jane 2:10 | Another rich colour that goes well with the pastel colours of Jane's costume. They really do dress to match each other very well. The midnight blue really suits Henry and brings out the colour of his eyes. The outfit is very simple but nice with plain buttons and a lot of chains. He mixes the gold, jewelled and pearl chains together very well. sixqueensofhenryviii |
   | I like the line and color on this total outfit. butterflyfunkychic I like the sleeve and I would probably like the doublet on it's own but I don't think they should have had him wearing matching hose. It looks silly and it's too much. sixqueensofhenryviii |

  | I like JRM in green it suits him well. butterflyfunkychic I'm not too fond of this outfit. I think there's a little too much green. But the gold aspects of the outfit are lovely. I don't like the pearl chain though. It reminds me of the pearls on that terrible Katherine of Aragon outfit. sixqueensofhenryviii |
 | I like the velvet ribbon used as edgeing for the slashings in the sleeves nice details. butterflyfunkychic I love the sleeves and the fitting of this outfit is perfect and the dark colours contrasted with the gold is just right.
