Very lovely modern interpretations. I wish someone could make Jane look better. Henry must have been really burnt out on interesting women when he was "introduced" to Jane.

Is the idea behind this, that these paintings might look more like the actual women than the paintings by Holbein and others of his time? So many of the portraits of the time made these women look awful.

The portraits of Henry's wives that are on the Wiki page "the Tudor Ladies" are absolutely beautiful....and I am so happy that all have both eyebrows and eyelashes!!!!
