We would have had no Henry VIII for sure because that would have been the end of Henry Tudor, and very nearly was. I think Richard's eldest niece Elizabeth (who became Henry Tudor's wife) would have been married to her cousin John de La Pole, Earl of Lincoln, Richard's heir, and we would have had de la Pole kings of England. I always felt there was something decidedly personal about de la Pole's quick challenge of Henry Tudor at Stoke so soon after his marriage to Elizabeth. Richard was a relatively young widower and could have chosen to remarry to begat an heir after the deaths of his wife and son but did not really seem inclined to do so, quickly naming de la Pole to succeed him.
