Tantrums and Tiaras is a busy, Tudor themed, Role Play group set during the reign of Henry VIII. Currently in the year of 1534. The Reformation is about to get under way, the course of the future is being moulded, and history being written. We currently have a number of vacancies, which will be advertised here, as well as brief outlines of plots, and story lines that we will be following, to bring our favourite historic dynasty to life! Tantrums and Tiaras: The Story So Far...

We're currently in the year 1534. Anne Boleyn has been crowned Queen of England, following a long, and bitter divorce battle between King Henry, and the former Queen, Katherine of Aragon. However, Anne, so far, has only managed to deliver one Princess, and her fight for a son continues. The Act of Succession has already been drawn up, recognising Princess Elizabeth as heir apparent, but a much more dangerous piece of legislation is just around the corner. The Oath of Supremacy is in the pipelines, and as know, will come at a heavy price for King Henry. Battles of will, and battles of conscience ensue. Also on the horizon for the group, is the Dissolution of the Monasteries. Will the Cromwell/Cranmer alliance completely eradicate Catholicism for ever? Or will the rival Norfolk/Gardiner Conservative faction be able to drag them down? Just what lengths will each of the warring teams go to to win the heart and mind of King Henry? There are always plenty of plots, intrigues and political manoevurings to be had on Tantrums and Tiaras! We are currently taking applicants for the role of Catherine Parr, sixth wife of King Henry VIII.
