I read here that Season 4 will be the last season of the Tudors. What a pity... the brief life of Edward & the troubled reign of Mary, the always fascinating Elizabeth would make wonderful television... not to mention the machinations of the Seymours. I do understand that Elizabeth has been "done" many, many times... but I never tire of someone's new take on how her life & reign can be interpreted. (My fave still is Glenda Jackson in the BBC series, Elizabeth R) Also, I'm loving that Mary is being portrayed so far in a very sympathetic light... it helps to make her a real person & understand the damaging journey she took to becoming "Bloody Mary". I do hope the Producers reconsider and push on with the Tudor story... not just stopping with Henry. The whole saga is indeed worthy of soap opera status! I wonder how we go about lobbying the Producers for this!

Since April 23, 2009 marks the 500 year anniversary of when King Henry VIII was coronated as King, could we do something special for that? Maybe we could have some pages dedicated on how he helped England during his rule or things he did that changed the world. What do you all think? :)
