S3 SPOILER: If you haven't seen the first episode of S3 you may not want to read on but if you have you may have noticed that Katherine was in the opening credits for about 1 sec. It isn't much but it is different to the promotional pictures. If you want to check again look for the girl on the swing, that is her. I will hopefully get a screen capture soon. I have screencapped the image of Tamzin as Katherine in the opening credits but she was not on the swing but sitting on what I presume is a chair. I am excited to already have some footage of Kitty!

For all people who want to get an extra dose of Kitty before she properly arrives on the show, go to the Tudors official website, go to the time line and watch the last video. We get to see more of Kitty on the swing, Kitty kissing a ring, recieving a gift delivered by Sir Francis Bryan and we also get to hear her laugh plus a little extra. Go watch and enjoy! This is just a news post to inform everyone what is going on here at Team Merchant/Katherine Howard. Lady Lizzy and I are coming up with ideas for all the Team including new pages, activities and polls. Some of these pages are up and running such as our new icon gallery so go and check that out and maybe add some of your own creations. You can also add a reason for why you are obsessed with Kitty Howard in our new 'You know you're obsessed page". Also go and check out our Joint Page with Team Dormer/Anne Boleyn. If anyone has ideas, post them in our Team Merchant/Katherine Howard Ideas page or send it to one of the leaders. We are working hard as Kitty's episode in Season 3 is soon approaching. Also, for all who are interested in literary fiction about our beloved Kitty Howard, there is a review about Alisa Libby's book "The King's Rose". I would like to mention that the poster compeition is still running. We don't have even ONE entry yet, so if you have time, why not create one? Anyway, it might be better once she has entered the season so a new competition might be placed in front of this one. Also, I am so happy that we know have a total of 7 members, I know it isn't alot but considering that she hasn't entered the series yet, it is a great achievement. Hopefully we will have ten before she appears. I hope that everyone is enjoying Season 3, I will say that it is fabulous so far but it is about to get so much better as Katherine Howard will soon be appearing. Also, in Ep 3.06, Sir Francis Bryan mentions something about a 'fourteen year old girl who already has a good stature'. Since we have seen photos of Francis and Katherine maybe he could be talking about a certain someone? Hmm.. for now, you are welcome to explore the pages of this Team. Now on to news for this team. Well how did you like Tamzin's portrayal? I quite enjoyed it. I want to welcome our new team members as well. There are now 12 in the team! YAY! Sorry, I was a bit excited that we are finally a team with double digits. Unfortunately there will be no team member of the month in July but it will be a joint one with August (like May/June). To become the team member of the month you have to be a) a team member and b) enter the competition for that month. So here is the competition: Write A Poem Dedicated To Kitty Howard I hope to see lots of entries from our team members. Well, I can't wait to Season 4 but I am sure that the tissues will be out halfway through the season. It will be over so fast. Enjoy the team theothertudorgirl

Well, anyway, I am back and ready to fix, edit and add to this team! There are a few things that I want to mention. Firstly, you may have noticed that team Merchant/Katherine Howard has a brand new look. I decided to update the top banner, the whole layout and then I added a new proud member banner. I have left the other one there in case you prefer to use that one on your page. Secondly, I have finally updated Team Member of the month! The team member is JRMSLADY09 and this is thanks to the fantastic poem dedicated to Kitty! Go check it out in the competitions section! I know that the banner is a little late but I hope that you still like it. A new competition will be posted soon for Team Member of October/November/December! Thirdly! Congratulations to Tamzin on landing the role of Dany in HBO's A Game of Thrones Series. I know that a lot of people don't think Tamzin is right for the role but I personally think that she will do a fantastic job! Enjoy the team theothertudorgirl
