I thought this episode was fantastic. Lots going on, fast-paced and loads of drama. My favorite scene, though, had to be Henry laying hands on the sick. It features the lovely extra who posted of her experience here some time back. JRM in incredibly moving in this scene as Henry himself is deeply moved by the experience. Then he seems to carry this weariness on his back as he gets on his horse and rides away. I thought it was beautiful.

I agree completely, and actually found episode 4 a slight letdown in comparison; even with the arrival of the delicious Dereham and the letter at the end.
