Her Elizabeth trilogy was first printed in the 1940's, was made into a feature film staring Jean Simmons in 1953, and the latest reprint was in 2007. Irwin has also written: "The Galliard: The Great Love of Mary Queen of Scots" (Fiction) and "The Great Lucifer: A Portrait of Sir Walter Raleigh" (non-Fiction). |
