Was Elizabeth really a virgin and that's why she was called "the Virgin Queen"??

Maybe.She had her "favorites" the most famous is Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester (maybe her true love). The nickname "Virgin Queen" refers to the fact she wasn't married.

*Note to posting - there is a strong possiblity that Elizabeth was a Virgin since there was no birth control in those days. She may have engaged in some sexual practices but could still have physically been a virgin.

Yes, Elizabeth was not married, nor was she ever married, however this is not to say that she did not have sexual relations with the men that were closest to her. After all, her father was known for having such relations outside of the marriage bed.

No.They had a good relationship in Elizabeths youth,both loved music and were very intelligent (something normal to the princess' of the tudor dynasty) Mary had an interest in her younger sister, she loved her as a child and cared for bess,however when Elizabeth declared herself protestant their relationship would not be the same.Mary arrested Elizabeth, because there was suspicion that she was involved in wyatt rebellion,but nothing was proved.In the end Mary didn't send her sister to death and recognised Elizabeth as her heir as she had no children herself.When Elizabeth became queen she gave Mary a beautiful catholic funeral even though Elizabeth was protestant she respected her sister's faith and practices.

No. Elizabeth was very tolerant of other people's faiths and beliefs. As a matter of fact, she said, "There is only one Christ Jesus, only one faith. All else is a dispute over trifles." Elizabeth was never comfortable persecuting others for their faith or beliefs, so she would never be intolerant to different beliefs, including Catholics.
