MORE ABOUT ME... Well, I really love football season! There's something about guys whomping the hell out of each other that tickles my fancy. I also like watching Mens' PGA Golf and Baseball.

I joined this wiki because: I found it by accident. I was looking for a book called Threads and didn't remember the author's name. I was on Border's Books site, and somehow I ended up here.

The best word to d
escribe me is: Actually a good sense of humor is important to me as well as tolerance.

Interests: Music, movies, and books.

Favorite movies: Anything about the Tudors, A Knight's Tale, Sci-Fi and Godzilla movies, Shog
un, The Godfather series, Rocky, XMen, Good horror flicks, Disney movies and Lord Of The Rings.

Favorite TV shows: Family Guy, Ghost Whisperer, The Simpsons, Moonlight, Nova, Britcoms, CSI NY, Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, All Star Trek shows, Nature, Elizabeth R, Six Wives of Henry VIII and of course, The Tudors. Foxs' Animation Domination Sundays are the best.

My superpower is: Video et taceo, Semper ex gratis.

If I could live anywhere, it would be: Amsterdam or England.

My dream job(s): Being able to play in a band again, preferably Renaissance music.

What else you should know about me: Cats are my favorite animals, but I love all animals. I LOVE being silly and laughter! LOLOL!! Here's a preview of my oddball humor.... and the serious side too. Enjoy!

I watched the Tudors during the last episodes, now I realized St. Thomas Moore was portrayed as well. It may seem that the family of St. Thomas Moore suffered, but I think a man's conscience cannot be silenced when he knows what is expected of him, that was why he was a great man.
It was his eternal life that hangs precarious.

elizabethtudorrose How would you handle Henry? 11 Oct 26 2009, 4:01 PM EDT by tudorcrazy

If you had the chance to visit Henry during his rule, at what point in time would you go back to? Would it be the early years when he was with KOA, or would you chance a meeting at a later period during his reign? How would you deal with him and keep him soothed?

Peace,
ETR

Sorry my response to your post was so lengthy, but it was worth an intelligent, detailed answer. I love your profile, so different from mine, but I must comment on your portrait of Queen Elizabeth, in the red gown taken when she was 13, I believe. I had this portrait recreated in a ceramic tile, as well as one of Mary Q, which are part of the tile work in my bathroom, which I call the Queen's bathroom. Whenever I am on the "thrown" I contemplate what these great ladies and historical figures would have thought of their portraits being in an American bathroom, in Philadelphia in the 21st century, owned by a Jewish woman. I have a quirky sense of humor. I have enjoyed our discourse tremendously, and hope we will have much discussion in the future. I am on the Nurse Jackie wiki as well, where I have a very different, but complete profile. Cheers
TC
