Instance: In the 2010 adaption of Alice in Wonderland the two feuding Queens (the Red Queen and White Queen) are called Iracebeth and Marmoreal both playing on the names of Henry VIII's daughters Elizabeth and Mary. Also in the movie their is a portrait of their father that looks like a copy of the famous Holbein portrait.
